Talk to any PP-er, they’ll let you know about life under the sun. As most PP-er would joke, there are two seasons in Cambodia, the hot (dry) season, and the hotter season. In any sense, this year, the heat has been more unforgiving. But that alone won’t stop people from going out and participate in varieties of social events.
We have the bicycling event organized by EU In Cambodia (https://www.facebook.com/eu.cambodia). 4,000 people is reported to participated in that event. It is the best news for me, because personally, I hope Cambodian people appreciate travelling by bicycle more, though this event alone isn’t sure to suggest anything about daily life’s preference of private transportation.
We also have the Running for Fight Against Cancer organized by UYFC, Calmett Hospital and CYP team. Many people also participated in this event, which took place at Koh PIch and its vicinity. There will be a few more marathon-type events this month, which mean people will get to run more. (Say that to myself too XD)
At TK we see the Narutail team organized a cosplay event. Though still at the early stage, cosplaying is getting more and more interests from manga/anime fanatic. This time we have some new cosplayers joining the rank. Hope to see them in action again. #Gambarre
To celebrate the restart of my blogging, I have chosen this image as my blog’s logo. It is made by a very kind Cambodian girl, maybe she should consider taking up her job as a cartoonist.
